Does the machine need to be connected to the internet to activate the license key?

No. The machine does not need to be connected to the internet. You may activate the software using the online web form from a different computer.

1. Copy the machine ID (HostID) of the first computer
2. Enter the URL of the online webform into the address bar of your internet browser.
3. Fill in the machineId, License Key, E-Mail, etc, and hit submit.
4. Now, copy the activation code and paste into “NumXL.lic” on the first machine
