Although the application and NumXL runtime environment files are on a network drive, each user will run the program on their machine.
To facilitate this scenario:

- The configuration file must reference data paths that exists to all users and machines (e.g. C:\tmp)
- The NumXL.lic file (on the network share) must include a section for each machine, in which a valid license key and activation code are present.
